Are you ready for some
Stress Erasin’,
Drag Screamin',Adrenaline Pumpin',
Tarpon Fishing Adventures?

…….. Well then you've found the right place, the right captain and the right boat.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, I will put you on
Tarpon, and coach you through the battle of your life!

Hi, I’m Captain Rapps.  Each May I offer Tarpon fishing charters at the Bahia Honda Bridge area of Big Pine Key, FL.  During this month, Tarpon are Thick!  Pre and post spawn Tarpon gather in schools each May.  They are hungry and chances of hooking up are near 100%.
In just 5 minutes from the time we push off, you are fishing for these mammoth fish.  The fight of a mighty Tarpon is a true battle, and an experience of a lifetime.  Tarpon are strictly sport fish and the satisfaction of releasing a fully revived healthy fish is almost better than the battle itself.
The charters begin from the Marina at the Bahia Honda State Park.  Captain Rapps' charters are personalized first class charters.  You will be treated with great care and respect, and I know you will have a great time!  Since we fish so close to the state park, we are always within 5 minutes of clean indoor rest room facilities.  I am very patient and I love to teach people how to fish, so wheather you are a beginner or are experienced, this charter is for you!  I do enjoy fishing with children, however this type of fishing is suitable for anyone above 15 years old.

I will provide:

• Bait
• Top of the line spin gear and tackle
• Coolers and ice
• All necessary fishing licenses, insurance, fuel
