Fishing Report Chokoloskee - Fishing Report Everglades City - Fishing Report 10000 Islands
Fishing Report Everglades National Park Florida
The wind finally settled down the last few days and we were able to fish some areas that were just too choppy to fish the last 2 weeks. Despite all of that wind, the water color remains surprisingly good. The water temperature is currently 71 degrees. Some nice schools of bait are in the area and a few throws of the cast net have really made for some good fishing for us. The Redfish bite remains solid and the Snook bite has increased nicely too. Yesterday we fished to the North of Chokoloskee and boated some quality Snook up to 33" using live Pilchards fishing over hard bottom with a good falling tidal flow. Captain Brandon has been getting into some nice Snook and consistent catches of Redfish. We have all been catching some big fat Trout, and look forward to open season the first of the year.
Below are some photos of our catches of the week.
