11/13/17 Fishing Report Everglades City & Chokoloskee

The water temperatures in the areas we fish in the 10000 Islands and the Everglades National Park this first half of November have been typical to this time of year, and are currently ranging between 77 and 79 degrees. Typical to our fall months, we are still spending most of our time fishing the outside flats, shorelines, oyster bars, and nearshore areas here out of Chokoloskee and Everglades City. There have been some very nice catches of Redfish, Black Drum, Snook, Sheepshead, Trout, Black Drum, and Snapper around. Our team Captains, John, Brandon, Kurt, Pete, James, and Austin have been fishing charters this past week, mostly out of Everglades City and Chokoloskee, along with some from Marco Island, Naples, and Goodland, and have been catching and releasing some some big numbers of very nice slot sized Reds and Trout. The Sheepshead have moved in already in good numbers. Come fish with our team of guides here in the Ten Thousand Islands.
